Our theme for this event was to support a good night's rest. After a sequence of slow, supportive and passive postures we melted into a deep rest with a blissful 'Yoga Nidra' (a guided meditation that encourages mental, emotional and physical relaxation). Overall the session was designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and induce a state of relaxation to allow the body to move towards greater balance.
As always light, home-made refreshments were enjoyed by all.
The event was suitable for all abilities and we all left ready for a good night’s rest and rejuvenated for the weekend ahead. Thank you to all who attended Xxx
