After a beautiful and active summer this event helped us align with the energies of Autumn. As nature slows, the leaves changing colour is one of the first signs of winters approach and while our bodies want to move in natures direction our mind can conflict and insist on charging ahead regardless.
This session focused on bringing the body and mind into balance. We enjoyed an energising sequence of postures followed by a warming Pranayama (breathing exercise) to help clear and cleanse the system, and slow the mind for an 'Autumn' focused guided meditation.
We all left feeling grounded, connected with the time of year and rejuvenated to enjoy the months ahead.
All abilities joined us and as always we enjoyed a light and healthy refreshment break. Thank you to all who attended Xxx
