A Cup of Kindness : An evening of yoga and relaxation
Join us on Fri 29 November from 7-9.30 pm at the Daviot Village Hall, near Inverurie.
In preparation for the busy and special festive season, this candlelit evening of yoga will help us connect with our hearts and the true meaning of giving and receiving, as we move through a gentle yet strong sequence of yoga asanas (posture), relaxing pranayama (breath work), followed by deep relaxation during a guided meditation.
Extending kindness to ourselves and others will be at the centre of our evening's practice.
Our evening will include light refreshments and healthy home bakes.
The yoga postures and practices are suitable for all ages & abilities, including beginners, and you'll all be invited to go at your own pace.
Bookings are £24 please.
To book direct, please follow the ticket link.
If you have any queries please do get in touch, and we very much look forward to welcoming you.
With many thanks,
Rona & Lis Xxx
P.S. The theme for this event was inspired by Robbie Burns' Auld Lang Syne, which is an extremely nostalgic and sincere expression of friendship. It is for this reason that people all over the world sing this song at social gathering and most famously on Hogmanay as they reflect on times past and welcome in the New Year.
