Participants enjoyed a cosy, candlelit yoga and meditation evening with a view to entering winter and the festive season with an open heart. We enjoyed two warming and cleansing 'heart-opening' sessions which included a gentle yoga sequence to prepare the body to sit comfortably, pranayama to soften the body and clear the mind and meditation to experience a few moments of peace. We enjoyed light, warm refreshments at the half way point. It was a lovely evening and teas were a kind offering from 'Nourishing Insights Aberdeen'.
It was a popular event, enjoyed by all abilities and useful for those who were interested in developing a meditation practice. Thank you to all who came along Xxx
