Prana Mama Yoga's Postnatal with Baby Yoga classes aim to support you as you make your way through early parenthood.
Classes honour your stage of postnatal recovery and offer a gentle and safe way to exercise to restore energy levels, balance emotions and re-build strength and stability, while interacting with your baby in a nourishing and positive way.
Classes feature a mix of gentle and dynamic postures, as well as relaxing, balancing and uplifting breathing and meditative practices. Babies also enjoy gentle massage, holds, stretching, singing and rhymes with Mum - which also help baby's brain to build lots of happy neural networks!
With time to get to know other mums and babies, a focus on self-care and fun and loving connection with your baby, you're sure to leave class feeling comforted, secure and more in tune with your body and baby.

Mums and their babies can start 'Postnatal with Baby Yoga' classes from eight to twelve weeks. Please ensure that you and your baby have had your six week postpartum check-up and you have the go-ahead to resume exercise from your health visitor, GP or consultant. All abilities from complete beginners are most welcome.
